Subsidised inspection trips are provided at a cost of £149 00 per person fully refundable if you purchase a property through Javea Villas Direct or our appointed agent or agents. There are no additional costs.

Visits are normally for three days including day of arrival and departure.

Costs will include return flights, two nights hotel accommodation and breakfast.


You will be met at the airport by your personal representative, who will stay with you for the duration of your stay and return you to the airport. A light lunch is provided every day. You will be free to enjoy the evenings at your leisure.

We will require as much information as possible about you and your needs, so that we can prepare a thorough Itinerary.

The following information would be useful:

•Your budget preferably in a band range max. - min.

•Type and style of property apartment/villa/finca (farmhouse)With or without pool.

•Holiday home or permanent.Location i.e. out of town/in town, mountain or sea views.
